External Relations Department of State Bankk of Pakistan (SPB) has isued circular / notification reagarding Banks office and public dealing timings in the current maonth of Ramadan ul Mubarak 1438 A.H / 2017 A.D.

Vide notification No. ERD/M&PRD/PR/01/2017-51 issued on May 25th, 2017.

SBP announces office & business hours during the holy month of Ramzan-ul-Mubarak

During the ensuing holy month of Ramzan-ul-Mubarak 1438 AH, State Bank of Pakistan and all banks, development finance institutions and micro finance banks will follow :- All Banks like HBL, MCB, UBL, ABL, Meezan Bank, Habib Metro Bank, Al-Falah Bank, Askari Bank, NBP, Albaraka Bank, JS bank, Indus Bank, Punjab Bank, Sindh Bank will follows these guidelines.

office hours on :-

Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 215pm without any break

whereas on

Fridays office hours will be from 8:00am to 1:00pm without any break.

However, business (banking) hours for

public dealing on

Monday to Thursday will be from 8:00am to 1:45pm without any break whereas on

Friday business (banking) hours for public dealing will be from 8:00am to 12:30pm without any break.

After the holy month of Ramzan-ul-Mubarak these timings will automatically be reverted to pre Ramzan-ul-Mubarak timings.

Meezan Bank has also announced Banking times during Ramazan ul Mubarak. While the Banks Branches which opens on Saturday will follow ate timing from 10:00AM to 01:00PM
