Upgradation of Clerical Staff in Sindh – Finance Department Summary Approved

All Pakistan Oaks Association APCA  Sindh Pro, ‘me submitted its charter of demands to the Honourable Chief Slinimer. Si. lAnnature, AKA has made four demands viz,
I Grant of time scale to employee. of BPS-5 to 13PS-17. II. 20% Quota to be resenal in all posts of BPS-5 to BPS-17 for the children of .1 serving/retired employees. of Government of Sindh at pm with Government of Punjab. III Grant of Utility Allowance and. IV. limo sdation of posts.
2. Demands No. I. 111 and IV pertain to Firm. Department. whereas demand No. /I pertains to Service, General. Administration & Coordination Department. As regards demand No.I (Grant of time scale to employees M BPS-5 to BPS- 17, nu,* posts in BPS-05 to BPS-17 do have promotion prospects. Besides, time scale allowed to teachers in Education & Literacy Deparnnent is not successful as it is afflicted with various compliatiorts. In short, this demand does root merit acceptance and may be rammed.
3. Demand No.III is regarding grant of Utility Allowance Currently,. admissibility of Utility Allowance is restricted to Secretariat emplaces and employees of Sindh High Court. subordinate courts. Provincial Assembly Secretariat. Provincial Ombudsman Secretariat. APCA’s demand is to allow Utility Allowance to other ministerial staff in BPS-5 to BPS- 17. Utility Allowance is not allowed in other Pnwinccs. Moreover. in case Utility Allowance is granted to other ministerial staff (BPS 3 to 1315-171
