GRANT OF SPECIAL JUDICIAL ALLOWANCE EQUAL TO THREE TIMES THE INITIAL OF RESPECTIVE BASIC PAY SCALE OF 2008 TO THE OFFICERS / EMPLOYEES OF ESTABLISHMENT OF SUB-ORDINATE / DISTRICT
In continuation of this department’s Memorandum of even number, dated 16.03.2012, 18.04.2012, 05.05.2012, 11.07.2012, 17.09.2012, 26.11.2012, 21.01.2013, 21.02.2013, 29.04.2013, 27.06.2013, 28.08.2013, 21.03.2014, 11.08.2014, 15.09.2014, i 12.11.2014, 28.01.2015, 21.12.2015, 09.03.2016 & 13.05.2016 (which were issued in compliance with the order, dated 5th April, 2012, passed by the honorable High Court of Sindh in Constitution Petition No.D-1930/2009, read in conjunction with the judgment, dated 24.05.2011 pronounced by the honorable High Court of Sindh Constitution Petition No.D-1930/2009, D-1465/2009, D-2318/2009 and D-2433/2009), Finance Department allows Special Judicial Allowance at the rate of three times the initial of the respective Basic Pay Scale, 2008 to the officers / employees in BPS-1 and above of the Subordinate Judiciary / District Judiciary (Sindh Judicial Service) and Courts / Tribunal functioning under the territorial jurisdiction of the -Sindh High Court as per Article-203 of the Constitution of Pakistan for two months only (i.e. May & June, 2016).
2. In case, if the said order of the Honourable High Court is set aside by the rizri Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan, then further necessary action is required as t”• , envisaged in the said order of the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan.
