Punjab Emergency Council meeting approves retirement age of employees to 50 years
The Punjab Emergency Council has approved raising the retirement age of employees from 45 to 50 years.
A meeting of the Punjab Emergency Council was held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Bazdar.
The meeting also approved raising the retirement age from 45 to 50 years and providing salaries and other benefits to the rescuers during the training.
In addition, the meeting also approved the regularization of 3,235 employees.
The Punjab Chief Minister has also directed to keep emergency exit routes in high rise buildings in all cases while ordering a comprehensive inspection of the buildings and submission of the report.
