Quetta – Doctors strike 8th day
Doctors continue to protest against abduction of their colleague for the 8th consecutive day

Qurtta (August 8, 2012) – Doctors in government and private hospitals of Balochistan including Quetta are observing strike on the call of Pakistan Medical Association against the kidnapping of a doctor of Bolan Medical Complex (BMC) Quetta.

Outdoor Patient Departments (OPDs) have been shut of all private and public hospitals of Balochistan for the eighth consecutive day.

Dr Ghulam Rasool Abduction in Quetta and Strike

Psychiatrist Dr Ghulam Rasool of BMC hospital Quetta was kidnapped from Brewery Road on August 1, 2012.
The doctors have vowed to continue their protest until the recovery of Dr Rasool.
