PTCL VSS 2016 – CHRO PTCL Syed Mazhar Hussain accepted Failure of PTCL to Compete with Mobile Companies

Islamabad (Tuesday, November 29, 2016 / News Report Published in Daily Dunya Islamabad) – Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) of PTCL MR. Syed Mazhar Hussain has said that Company is not competing with other mobile phone companies, That is why 4th Voluntary Separation Scheme has been launched. There are 18000 employees working in Pakistan Telecommunication Company. This VSS Scheme has been Offered to 9000 working employees of NCPG and BPS (Regular) Pays Groups Employees.

Company has targeted that minimum 3000 employees will avail this Pre-retirement scheme and almost 15000 employees will remained in its strength after the curr entVSS scheme.

Mr. Mazhar Hussain also accepted that the venue and profit of PTCL has decreased. He told that this scheme is not for the employees of Ufone.
