Notification of leave Encashment 365 days instead of 180 days was issued on Ist September 2012, in which this facility was granted w.e.f.1.7.2012. But intentionally from government of Punjab vide notification dated 09-9-2013 for Punjab this facility is granted w.e.f 1.9.2013 .This act of Government of Punjab is inexact, inhuman and inflicted for civil servants those are retired during the period 1.7.2012 to 31.8.2013. But no reaction from these retired servants is shown till yet.It is therefore, requested that effected retired servant may kindly be take appropriate steps in this regard.thanks.

My mother who was serving in Lahore Police department as Sub Inspector died of Brain Hemorhage on 04.12.2012. Had the Govt. of Punjab given the the effect to increase of LPR from 180 days to 365 days w.e.f 01.7 2012 by following the footprints of Federal Government her bereaved family would have also got 365 days leave encashment but the Punjab Government has destroyed our dreams, deprived us from our rightful dues by their callous and inhuman attitude. Are the Punjab Government emploees not Pakistanis ? Does not the Punjab Government receives its fiscal share in the form award every year from the Federal Govt. ? If the source of money is the same and the people living in different Provinces are Pakistanis then why this discrimination between the Federal Government and Provincial Government employees ? Lets join hands and raise our voice against this discriminatory treatment carried out by Government of Punjab by knocking the door of justice. As a first step Iam going to Provincial ombudsman and there after to Lahore High Court and Supreme Court etc. Please join hand with me.
