KESC Labour Union CBA Rally in Karachi

Karachi (Monday, February 4, 2013) – Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) Labour Union CBA Chairman Ikhlaq Ahmed Khan said that all workers should retain united among each other and should be confident till the end of their mission.

He expressed these views while addressing a rally of KESC workers, taken out from Sindh High Court (SHC) to Labour Union Central office on Monday.

It is pertinent to mention here that rally was taken out due to postponement of a petition hearing at SHC. Labour Union, so far has filed 41 petitions, which were related to National Industrial Relations Court (NIRC).

KESC Labour Union was of the view that case hearing dates were continuously being postponed for the last four months due to various issues.

Labour Union Chairman further said that Supreme Court also issued instructions to resolve the case in one month. “We will fight till our last breath for our rights and success will be our,” he added.
