Meeting with APCA & Punjab Teachers – Finance secretary assures relief in budget 2011-12:

Islamabad (Thursday, May 25, 2011) Finance Secretary Dr. Waqar Masud held a meeting with office-bearers of the All Pakistan Clerks Association (APCA) and Punjab Teachers’ Union assuring them that the forthcoming budget would have substantial incentives for clerks and teachers.
According to sources, the finance secretary assured the office-bearers of APCA and Punjab Teachers’ Union that there would be 15 per cent to 20 per cent increase in salaries besides increase in medical allowance, house rent and conveyance allowance. Masud said that they would not be able to meet all demands of clerks and teachers, but they would try to do whatever they could do in the prevailing circumstances, they added.
Clerks and teachers called off their sit-in after getting assurance from the finance secretary.

    Sir, With the due respect. can some one tell me about the contingent staff who is work in government organization from more then one year and they only just paid 7000 p.m and he/she is performing the duty for the BPS-11. how can he/she survive this long. One more year they have to wait and but the situation of the economy is not stable at one point.

    sir, high officer already cropt in the duty you thought about the officials whos in BPS 01-04 they are very poor therefor thought about them grade 01-04 maximum salary 7000/-(Rupees Seven Thousand only) this is very low use in one month
