Finance Division Notification,  Up-gradation of Ministerial Staff

Establishment Division has submitted Summaries on the following issue (or the approval of Prime Minister:-
i) Up-gradation of Ministerial posts (Annex-I). in Federal Secretariat II) Up-gradation of the posts of Khateeb/Stoazzinnhadim working in mosques under Ampf Directorate. ter (Annex-II).

2. Prime Minister has been pleased to approve the proposal in both the cases with following directions:-a) Establishment Division shall coordinate with Finance Division as well as line Ministries at the time of formulation of budget proposals for 20’6-12 to ensure allocation of necessary resources for the purpose (Annex-III). b) The subject up-gradation may be considered in the budget proposal (or the financial year 2016-57 aliingisith proposal for up-gradation of Ministerial posts as agreed upon in the meeting of Secretaries of Finance Division. Law & Justice Division and Establishment Division (Annex-IV). 3. the dos. e proposals would be re-submitted to the Prime Minister for formal appral after allocation of necessary resources for the purpose. The financial impact for both the -prlyposal relating to up-gradation of Ministerial staff and up-gradation of Khateebfisloazzios/latadim involved an estimated expenditure of its.s billion per annum (as worked out by Financial Monitoring Specialist) (Annex-V).
