 Government Revised Eid Holiday Notification

Islamabad (Breaking News / Monday, October 14, 2013) – Federal Government has announced holiday of Friday, October 18, 2013 also.

Earlier On 9-10-2013 Government announced three holidays from Tuesday to Thursday (Oct 15-17).

Now Federal Government employees will avail 4 Eid holidays from Tuesday to Friday (Oct 15-Oct 18).

Employees where Saturday ans Sunday Two Weekly OFF are allowed, will enjoy continuous six days of holidays.

Government of Pakistan extends Eid holidays till October 18

ISLAMABAD: The federal government has extended Eid-ul-Azha holidays for an additional day. Holidays will now be observed from October 15 to 18.

The initial announcement of Eid-ul-Azha holidays being observed from October 15 to 17 received criticism from people who complained that they would not be able to travel to their hometowns and could not offer their sacrifice on the third day.

With the announcement of Friday as an additional holiday, government offices in the country will now reopen on Monday (October 21).

    I wan t to know that there is any notification about punjab Govt Increase the holidays. pls also confirm that there is any confirmation of 18 october holiday.
