be obtained on written request at the company! letterhead pad from the office of the undersigned on any working day from 0900 to 1300 hrs against non-refundable cash payment of Rs. 500/· for each Tender Form separately.
8 The interested contractors I firms should be active taxpayers on FBR. The deductions at the source of all relevant taxes at the escribed rates are applicable.
9 The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of bid or proposal as per Rule 35 of PPRA 2014.
