Banks Started Giving New Currency Notes to Public before Eid ul Azha

Multan (Friday, September 2, 2016) – State bank of Pakistan (SBP) has started fresh currency notes distribution among the general public. This process will be completed before the Eid ul Azha of this year. It is expected that Eid ul Azha will be held on September 12 or September 13, 1437 (Monday, Tuesday). An important meeting Roit e Hilal Pakistan is being held today evening.

How to Get New Currency Notes?

Pakistani citizens are allowed to receive fresh currency notes of Rs.10, Rs.20, Rs.50 and Rs.100.  SMS System will be active for this process.
