Special Allowance 20 Percent be given to all Government & Semi Government Corporations and departments employees – Islamabad High Court orders

Islamabad (Breaking news / Tuesday, June 18th, 2013) – All government public servants / employees working in government corporations and autonomous bodies and all federal departments are eligible to avail 20% special allowance.

This special allowance was recommended only for employees federal ministries and divisions in March 2013 by previous federal government in last days of his tenure.

This judgement was given by Islamabad High Court (IHC) today on 18/6/2013.

Notification of 20 percent Special Allowance (March 2013)

This petition was filed by federal employees of government’s corporations and autonomous bodies.

    Gov stay na ly kahein court due to shortage of funds jis gov ne 10% mar mar k dia hai ro ro k woh mazeeed 20% kaha se dy ge in k pass tu fund hi nahein hain khazaana khali hai… aur yaha gov jitna maaanti hai courts k orders ko sub ko pata hai.

    FEDERAL EMPLOYEES BUT PAKISTAN POST PLAY A GREAT ROLE IN PAKISTAN AND WORK IN DIFFERENT AGENCY FUNCTION BISP POSTAL SERVICES AND PENSION PAYMENT TO ARM FORCES AND CDA PTCL ALSO DEPARTMENT HAVE ENOUGH WORK WHEN YOU COMPARES WITH OTHER GOVT DEPARTMENTS AND THE SALARY OR ALLOWANCE NOT EQUAL WITH STATE BANK AND NBP , ETC. THEY RECEIVED MINIMUM SALARY. PAKISTAN POST IS OLDEST GOVT ORGANIZATION OF THIS REGION AND PLAY VERY POSITIVE ROLE FOR NATION BUT THEIR NOT ENOUGH TO SPEND THEIR LIFE AND APPROACH BASICS NEEDS.

    I think govt is not in position to implement IHC orders. PM (N) is popular to not assist employees. Please do not wait more this is daffing and temptation. This govt would never give this allowance to the employees even after IHC decision. so plz do not waste time and do thing for any welfare. This decision has become a red tapped and it cannot be reopened. Regards

    Finance division to hat dharmi chor kr baqi mlazmin ko aur pensioners ko bhi 20% special allowance 1.3.2013 sy dina hoga kun k yeh ziadti/ disperity hay. jo Allah ko bhi pasand na hay .

    It is informed that last date of hearing was fixed on 12 May 2015 before Div Bench IHC regardomg 20% Special Allowance for Attached deptt on the Govt Intra Court appeal . But out come of hearing is still awaited. please inform me update of last hearing
