KARACHI: Sudden and long power breaks have climbed to an alarming level in Karachi as KESC employees’ indefinite strike continued on 15th consecutive day here on Friday.

People of many areas including common and posh localities in the metropolis are facing many problems due to regular and untimely closure or faults of the electricity. Traders, shopkeepers, patients, students and other people are troubled and annoyed of power failures but there is no one to remove their miseries.
Students are unable to carry on their studies and prepare for the ongoing examination. Acute water shortage has also troubled residents of those areas as they are unable to get water for not having prompt power supply.
KESC employees’ strike continued today on 15th consecutive day but yet KESC management giving no heed to their protest and ongoing strike. KESC management carries reputation of not caring about its consumers and now it has also proven that it does not care for the employees as well.
