Pharmacy & Supply Chain of Specialized Healthcare CHAIN LLB degree will have added advantage. Minimum of 10-years relevant experience. •• Proper storage of Pharmaceuticals as per international standards. • Drug testing for quality assurance including shelf life and expiry date ol Pharmaceuticals. • Drug dispensing / delivery to Inpatients and Out Patients • Audit for physical inspection of procured drugs. • Control on pilferage/ theft of Govt Property drugs. • Control on excess use of medication. • Infection control policy / Antibiotic rational use KO. • Function of Pharmacy and therapeutic committee. • Rational drug administration to patients. ■ Reporting of adverse drug reactions to the Health Authorities. • Drug information / poison control information centre. • Forecasting of annual demand of drugs/ Medicines. • Generation of quarterly I six monthly/ yearly demand of medicine. • Budgeting and financial controls. • Bar coding /Traceability of drugs. 02 CHIEF 01 Required QualMeation • Chlettonsuftani (Operations) shall be responsible for supervision! monitoring of the all the steps CONSULTANT MBBS or M.Sc.( Operations required in smooth functioning of the operations (OPERATIONS) Management. 06 FIELD COORDINATORS 30 Required Oialthilloe (MO, SMO. APMO & SR) will be deputed to the Inspection of different hospitals of the Punjab. They will be deputed to Strategic Management and Internal Policy Unit from different hospitals and will draw their salaries. IA/OA and project allowance from their parent institutions. Note: The candidates must be regular employee of Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Depanment/ Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department.
