MULTAN (August 25, 2011) : Hundreds of paramedics from different hospitals of Multan staged a demonstration and demanded the Punjab government offer them better service structure which was promised earlier.
Paramedics from Nishter Hospital, Chaudhry Perveze Elahi Institute of Cardiology and Civil Hospital took out a rally.
Paramedics union president, Mohammad Amin and other members appealed to the government to reform their service structure.
They said that the government had promised to review their service structure but later it backed out.
They warned that they would strike if their demands were not met.
