yes its very beneficial thing for all the affected employees…………..also pray for Justice Khalid Mehmood Khan, the most daring and bravo judge in Lahore High Court Lahore, who heard me and Mr AK Dogar at length and finally remitted the matter to secretary education Lahore…………..the good pleadings and best judge did it happen for the employees………….but i must say, it all depended upon the honorable justice Khalid Mehmood Khan, whose generously and softness for employees forced the secretary and consequently the accounts department to issue this notification……….

i am sst in distt attock, when i approach distt account office they replied me that we must wait the notification from finance division after that they will start the process of fixing pay.

we should encourage them instead of leaving disappointed statements here. inshaallah we will be successful in attaining our basic rights. my suggestion to every one is just wright/raise your issues to media, higher authorities, to different platforms till its win.
its history that rights are snatched never provided in such states like our homeland. never disappoint, never estimate yourself down. this may be a transition state which is always unstable.
Remember when 1st time educators in 2002 were appointed in institutions. Educators had been treated like step brothers/sisters by our own colleagues. but suddenly in 2007 with the provision of Basic pay scales, we got confidence and little stability. further in 2009.
ITS NEVER DUTY OF UNIONS ONLY. EACH EDUCATOR SHOULD PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROTEST. TRY TO PLAY YOUR ROLE, WRIGHT/RAISE YOUR ISSUES TO DIFFERENT MEDIAS, INFLUENCE BEARING AGENCIES.
Patience is better than hurry. its better to late getting date regarding hearing. punjab government is in such a state that they will have to win coordination and sympathies of all Government employees, otherwise totally unexpected results may be observed. So we should wait for that decision of the government of the punjab. pressure groups are building up in strength, like imran khan, PML (Q), MQM, and Dr. tahrul qadree, we inshallah are hopeful that we will listen good news as for as our pay protection is concerned.

in 2011 applications from educators were called To promote eligible candidates as SS inservice. three times DPC held then postponed without any remarks, Once letter issued to child departments to verify documents of all applicants falling in their respective category to be promoted. But in the end after almost two years applications reversed, while still SS posts are vacant. Even few posts advertised via ppsc without filling 67% Inservice Quota.
THIS IS ANOTHER ISSUE, ALONG WITH PAY PROTECTION. BUT HERE MAY BE FEW SUFFERING INCUMBENTS THAT IS WHY NO PROTEST TO ENSURE INSERVICE QUOTA 1ST BEFORE PPSC APPOINTMENTS.
STILL SENIORITY AMONG EDUCATORS IS NOT DEFINED IN FAVOUR OF SENIOUR EDUCATORS.

Today in Lahore District laptops are being distributed among teachers, but being distributed to selected candidates only, unfortunately no selection criteria, so many candidates deprived from their right.
DEOs says, that it is being distributed to only public university students, but there are so many students which belong to public university but deprived. few private university candidates also entertained(selected). so nothing seems to be fair in this ragard. no satisfactory statements from Good offices.
i was looking two different notifications for SSTs in two different occasion.
once All educators (regular and contractual) were entertained for the provision of Higher Qualification allowance but after few months good office issues letter to stop it. no justification seems over there for deprivation.
From reliable sources, higher qualification allowace is further going to be issued by competent authority but look into the matter what are they going to do.
for college side teacher phd /m.phil allowance will be 10000 (any discipline)
for school side scale 17 to upper phd /m.phill allowance will be 5000 (education excluded)
for school side scale 16 phd/m.phill allowance will be 1200
for school side scale less than 16 no right to get such allowance.
WHAT A GREAT JUSTICE IF IT NOTIFIES, SAME QULIFICATION BUT DIFFERENT PROVISIONS. AGAIN SCHOOL SIDE TEACHER BEING IGNORED.
DPC-sst to ss, nothing fair with educators, ss posts still vacant for each discipline, in-service quota ignored and advertised posts without prior filling with in-service incumbents.
just to exclude educators, dates changed for their applications to be entertained as in-service quota.
DPC for sst to ss is still in progress since last 3 years.
but DPCs for all other caders are being held almost in each year.
SO ONLY SSTs ARE BEING IGNORED.
ONCE, ALL SSTs, were deprived from their promotion for Headmaster/Headmistress but after a long struggle, SSTs obtained their right but only in a court, such policy makers were also from school side.
check ssts were again ingored for the provision of chief minister pay package. so strange that ptc and est teacher were entertained for such provision each year since 2007 but ssts were ignored only, thanks God that it is now notified that they should also be updated as others.
CONCLUSION:
SSTs/SSEs SHOULD UNITE FOR GETTING THEIR RIGHTS,
KEEP YOUR EYES HOW PASS PUNJAB IS DOING, 70% BENIFIT GOES TO THEM at each such provision, ALL SS IN PUNJAB WHICH WERE APPOINTED IN 2010 and onward are REGULARISED BUT NO EDUCATOR IS REGULARISED AFTER 19-10-2009.
SS/SSS WERE REGULARISED WITH PAY PROTECTION (F.INFO) BUT EDUCATORS WERE NOT REGULARISED WITH PAY PROTECTION ON 19-10-2009.
What a strange reply(sec.edu) if it is like this,
ss regularised with pay protection bcz they are few in number but educators are in huge strength.

Our D.T.E”s Told us that govt.is deciding to take the female teachers in the primary section completely and those male teachers who have compleated 25 years of their service they will be retired and sent to their homes. how much it has reality.please reply??????? thanks.

yes your D.T.E tells true story. its not new project. its older one. Government want to appoint ladies in primary and middle schools, but few hurdles specially from religious groups, otherwise it was likely to be completed very soon.
at the moment in boys primary and middle schools there are so many schools running with ladies staff.
its bad news as for as male teachers career concerned. No teacher can be retired forcefully but check that after 2015 a huge strength of regular teachers will be retired on their superannuation.
No. for regularization of 16 scale teacher , will not be sent to ppsc, commission in which few higher authorities will decide anomalies and decide to withdraw these posts from ppsc selection on discretion of chief minister punjab. and chief minister will regularise those posts.
EDUCATORS SHOULD KEEP IN MIND

these are the facts,
our issues, never goes to chief ministers table as a matter of right, that is why we are deprived.
SSTs are those which are always degraded and pushed back from upper cadre incumbents, they are in power now.
check that how frequently DPCs are in progress each year for SS/SSS/hm/Sr.hm but for SST to SS, objection, objection and objection always since 3 years each time. SSTs inservice quota is neglected but no one raising such issue and ensuring its mobility.
there is well defined notification that in-service quota will be filled 67% of available SS vacant posts first for sst to ss promotion but so far orders never followed in its spirit. instead of following such rule many posts advertised through ppsc without filling in-service quota.
WHO RAISED THEIR VOICE IN THIS REGARD??

can any body tell me i heard that government of punjab is going to upgrade scale to est no 16 and sst upgrade 17 is it fair or just del ke behlaaney ko ghalab yeh heyaal achaa hy i think here are many teachers are well aware so plz reply i am waiting it

Please let us know that those SST”s who were regularized in 2009 are also challanged by the punjab public service commission and asked to pass the ppsc examination or not.???
