NBP launches call center for customers
KARACHI (September 21, 2011) : National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) has launched its call centre operations, and the customers can now seek queries about account information, complaints, registration requests, ATM card blocking and home remittance products.
Qamar Hussain, NBP President, while inaugurating the centre expressed the hope that NBP customers would now experience a better level of service. The UAN number for the call centre is 111-627-627.

    To the president NBP of Pakistan (br)kandiaro Distt,Naushahroferoze (sindh) was always in the start of the month , the bankers says to customers the computer system were closed it is not upload many days no any month they were not says to customers these words plz we request to please our problems quickly ,now this month was 45 days gone.
